My life and career have always centered around one thing: relationships. Whether in my personal life or at work, authentic connection has been the heart of everything I do. I began my professional career in influencer marketing, helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences. But through my own life experiences and therapy journey, I came to realize just how much relationships shape who we are and how we experience the world. That’s when I knew I wanted to take what I had learned and help people—rather than brands—grow and heal through their relationships. Now, I’m here to support others on their own paths to deeper connection and personal growth
