A bit more about me…
I’m a warm and compassionate therapist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I specialize in helping women in their teens, 20s, and 30s navigate life’s transitions—whether it’s building confidence, navigating relationships, or finding clarity in their careers.
I blend evidence-based approaches like attachment theory, somatic healing, and emotion-focused therapy to help clients uncover their inner strength and build lives that feel authentic and secure. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow into the person you’ve always wanted to be.
On social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, I share therapeutic insights with humor and authenticity, creating an uplifting space for education and self-discovery. You’ll also find me sharing the little things that bring me joy—like doing my hair, makeup, putting together a great outfit, or finding the best dupes on Amazon—and the things that challenge me, like working through past trauma or navigating dating struggles. My hope is to show that growth isn’t about a “fixed” end point. We’re all on this journey together—I just have the tools and expertise to guide you in ways you might not have access to yet.
My favorite thing about showing up authentically in the world is showing that therapists aren’t here to ‘fix’ you. We’re humans who hold space for you to connect to your own inner wisdom, heal, and thrive.
Why I Do This Work
I became a therapist because I’ve walked the same path many of my clients are on. I’ve experienced the self-doubt, the overachieving, and the overwhelming pressure to have it all figured out. Therapy was the place where I found clarity, healed, and realized that there’s a reason for the way we feel—and it’s not something to be ashamed of. Now, I help my clients see that too.
Through our work together, you’ll gain tools to manage life’s challenges, make sense of the parts of you that feel messy or misunderstood, and step into the potential you’ve always known was within you.
Working With Me
My style is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. Think of therapy with me as a mix of real talk, deep understanding, and practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe to show up as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just room to grow at your own pace.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, create clarity from the chaos, and help you feel grounded, confident, and ready to thrive.
Fun Facts About Me
I’m based in sunny California, where I love soaking up beach sunsets and long walks with my doodle, Cannoli.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in brand marketing, so I know firsthand how challenging career pressures can be.
I’m a huge believer in small steps leading to big changes—it’s a philosophy I live by and bring into my work. I also believe that finding the glimmers in life, even during the difficult and messy times, helps us keep moving forward and finding hope.
